Learn how to Barbeque like BBQ competition master in your own backyard with BBQ Pitmaster Keith Harris!

What the class includes:

Anyone attending the class will get a BBQ swag bag just for attending.
You will be taste testing all of the items being prepared during the class (a treat all on its own!)
Award winning Pork Butts, Competition Style Ribs, Tri Tip Steak will be on the menu.
We will also provide delicious sides such as smoked mac & cheese, smoked baked beans, & cole slaw.
Drinks will also be provided for the evening.
We will be hosting a BBQ cooking class that will be designed to teach any outdoor BBQ cooking enthusiast to utilize the techniques from pitmaster Keith Harris and James “Bud” Keener.

We will be cooking on the extremely popular “Traeger Wood Fired Grills”, but the classes are designed for any type of BBQ equipment.

We will teach how to cook Award-Winning Pork Butts, Competition Ribs, & Tri Tip Steak

The private event will be held Friday the 15th from 6 PM to 8 PM.
